Small markets used to me the minor leagues for "new young talent"--now I hear more "new young" in major markets--and TALENT in the smaller ones So when that age-old statement comes up about how much better the major market talent is than smaller markets...Is it REALLY? . Well said, I've long notice...

There are so many folks looking at that KYGO job, if they took the time to talk to the all, it'd be a year before they put someone in there! Whoever it eventually is will be thoroughly tested for sure.
