All work no pay?

Folks at this San Diego station haven't been paid in 2 months supposedly. Why are they still there? And are they looking for anything else?
I had a great job once that missed a paycheck - I gave em til the next paycheck and then jetted out of there. It was rotten to have to leave but you have to make money to pay the bills.
