Blue Ocean Strategy for Radio

Post by rogerwimmer » Tue Nov 08, 2011 9:21 am

Hi, Doc: I have been reading about the "Blue Ocean" business strategy created by W. Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne that gives many examples of success in companies in different categories. I would like to know if you are aware of any broadcasting company or radio station that has used this strategy for its success. Thanks in advance for your help! - Anonymous

Anon: I don't know of any company or station using the strategy, but I know that McVay/Cook does some work in the area. Contact them at the company's website.
