I don't think the poster was asking that sort of question. I can say some free streaming services have folded in light of the excessive base rate given to the PRO's a few months back. There are a few out there, but I have no specific recommendation for now since my streaming project is still in planning. If royalties get too steep, then it gets scrapped.
